PARTIES & SCOPE

This Client Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Nolan Shaw Athlete Consulting LLC ("NSAC," "we," or "us"), and the individual client, parent, or guardian ("Client") who engages our services.

This Agreement governs all advisory, consulting, and educational services provided by NSAC, including but not limited to:

02

NATURE OF SERVICES

NSAC provides advisory and consulting services only. We are not a licensed sports agent, certified financial advisor, or attorney. Our guidance is educational and strategic in nature.

Important: NSAC does not negotiate contracts on behalf of athletes, manage athlete funds, or provide licensed legal or financial advice. For legal, financial, or agency representation, clients should engage appropriately licensed professionals. NSAC can assist in identifying and vetting those professionals as part of our advisory services.

All recommendations made by NSAC are based on experience, industry knowledge, and best practices. Final decisions remain solely with the client and their family.

03

SERVICE TIERS & FEES

NSAC offers the following service structures. All fees are agreed upon prior to engagement and confirmed in writing via email.

One-Time Sessions

Monthly Advisory Programs

Team & Program Support — Custom pricing confirmed directly with NSAC.

04

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment for one-time sessions is due in full prior to the scheduled session. Monthly advisory fees are billed at the start of each billing cycle.

NSAC accepts payment via methods confirmed at time of booking. All fees are non-transferable and apply to the specific athlete and service engaged.

Late payments: Monthly advisory services may be paused if payment is not received within 5 business days of the billing date. NSAC will notify the client before any interruption of service.
05

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

One-Time Sessions: Sessions cancelled at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.

Monthly Advisory: Either party may cancel a monthly advisory arrangement with 30 days written notice. Fees already paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable. No partial-month refunds are issued.

NSAC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or complimentary reschedule will be offered to the client.

06

CONFIDENTIALITY

NSAC treats all client information — including athletic performance data, academic records, family circumstances, and strategic discussions — as strictly confidential.

NSAC will not share, sell, or disclose client information to third parties without explicit written consent, except where required by law.

Clients agree to keep NSAC's proprietary methods, strategies, and materials confidential and not reproduce or share them without written permission.

07

NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOMES

NSAC does not guarantee specific results. Athletic recruiting, NIL opportunities, professional contracts, and career outcomes depend on a wide range of factors outside our control — including athletic performance, academic standing, market conditions, and third-party decisions.

Our commitment is to provide the highest quality advisory and strategic guidance to maximize each athlete's opportunities. Past client results shared on this website are individual experiences and are not guarantees of future outcomes.

08

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

NSAC's liability to any client is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service in question. NSAC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our advisory services, including missed opportunities, financial losses, or decisions made by coaches, universities, agents, or other third parties.

Clients acknowledge that engaging NSAC's services involves inherent uncertainty and that all final decisions are made by the client and their representatives.

09

WEBSITE TERMS OF USE

By accessing and using the NSAC website (the "Site"), you agree to the following terms:

NSAC reserves the right to update this Site and these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
